Her focus is the aesthetic potential of the non-traditionally trained body. A strong collaborator who works with many leading artists nationally and internationally from dance, visual arts and live art, her motivation is socially engaged arts practice. She is an artist who works across media to create live performance and film. She develops both large and small scale performance ranging from a few hundred performers to solo portrait pieces. Janice is currently developing a pARTners residency with Artlink in Edinburgh funded by the Scottish Arts Council which will result in experimental performance created in collaboration with four individuals with a complex learning disability within their own environments; Updates >>
